Busy, Busy......It is December 9th Today, we are finally getting the snow we were expecting since November, I've been up to my eyeballs with scrabooking stuff....but unfortunutly it's not for me! I had to prepare 22 kits for a kids craft day at my kids school, I've gotta say kids don't listen! lol :)....you tell them to use a drop or a bead of glue and the next thing i see is a pile of glue that the whole class could use! Then I instruct them to use a dot or so of stickles, well again next thing I see some kids are drawing pictures with my stickles...man they were never going to dry! Up next is my card class this friday at MacPhersons! and then I'm trying to get my christmas album done that we are working on at WeScrap, but honestly I'm am just rushing through my christmas album, I"m feeling a little stressed about it! But at least i'm doing it!

Very Sad News

So sad, I'm am bummed! My Friend Ally has decided to close down her sosketchy site, WHAT, I know, close it down, I loved her blog and all those sketches were such a help to me and many others to create our layouts! This blog will be very sadly missed! You have a few more weeks to enjoy it before it's gone forever! SoSketchy

Getting the house ready Halloween

One of my favourite times of the year is Halloween, I love to decorate and the kids have so much fun dressing up and hanging out with there friends, so we decided this year to have a big Halloween Party, so the decorting has began!

Here is my reveal for the WeScrap Fall Festival Kit for October! I did a bobo and loading too much in the Gallery at once, so I'm in a time out till it gets fixed....so thank goodness for my blog!
Hope you like it, I have to admit this is my first ever me created mini album....I've done a class or two, but never really attempted a mini on my own....I kinda liked it! Hope you do too!

A Proud Mom!

Today while I was at the Dentist with my son, I got a call from my hubby who was at the kids Cross Country Meet....and Guess who finished 2nd! Yes my daughter! So proud of her. 2nd out of 51 - 7 year old girls! She was so proud of herself as well, now on to the next meet!

It's A Sad Day - In the scrapbooking world

After over 6 years of a successful business the doors are closing at Scenic Route! I'm am very sad about this news, as I'd have to say SR was always in the top 3 of products for me, loved there paper, and there rub on's were like no other, they went on so smoothly. Wishing them all the best of luck in the future.

Weekend Here we Come

Slowly but shurly I'm getting a bit of scrapping done, I got a few cards done lately and a cute litte picture frame thingy for my dh 40th Birthday.

Busy Weekend! My dh is out for a good 24 - 36 hours, with his ball team, he and my friend took our kids to the outdoor movie theatre, I'm sure the town will be talking!!! Her husband was to tired and I'm home with our youngest, so the two of them with all our kids and her's are at the movie night in the park! I can hear the rumor mill spinning right now!

I was so excited to go into Scrapbook Memories today and have a visit with Jody and got a real life look at some of the new stuff coming into the store, New BG, Cosmo Cricket, Fancy Pants, and some cute Pink Paislee, and a few more other really cute stuff, she had this super cute Embossed Christmas Tree from Quikcutz....can't wait to get it! Oh, yeah and I picked up the August monthly kit! So cute!

We Need your VOTE Today! - July 24th

Kraft and TSN are having a contest that will put St. Marys against Elk Lake (both in Ontario ) for a prize of $25,000. The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame entered this contest and they need our support. If they win they will receive the funding to help enhance their playing fields (in-ground sprinklers). The voting is from Noon on July 24th to Noon on July 25th. This is not only important to the Baseball Hall of Fame, it is very important to the Town. If St. Marys wins, TSN will be broadcasting from St. Marys giving us a considerable amount of media exposure. Also, Kraft will be hosting a party in our pretty little town. Who can say no to a sunny day and a bowl full of Kraft Dinner?
