My good friend Tara and I and our kids were out over march break, having fun, eating ice cream and taking pictures. Well Tara did this awesome layout I loved it, I just loved the title, so I thought it would be fun if I took the same photo, same title and did my own version, so here it is and jump on over to Tara's blog and check out her version! MARCH BREAK IS OVER

March Break is over!!! Kids are back to school, and we are back to some sort of routine!  Hoping to get some house cleaning done, some grocery's purchased and some scrapbooking done! I printed off 3 pictures yesterday that I want to get scrapped, 1 done 2 to go!!! What about U!  What's on your scrap desk?

Thursday March 20th was Taco Night, I used the ridge that was in the Taco Shell box as a tool for my layout, I added some paint to ridges and layed it across my title and then over my white card stock! I liked how it turned out!

March Break

Well we are half way through March Break, and we've been outside alot! It's been really nice here over 8 each day, we've been at the ice cream shoppe almost everyday, we spent Tuesday in the Arena for a tourney, and then a playoff game. A few more practices then Regionals at the end of the month...then Ringette is done for a few months. Hope everyone is having a good week! Birthday Wishes Layout!

Here is a layout I did of my dd 7th Birthday, I love how the heart turned out! I cut a bunch of little pieces of Bittersweet Basic Grey paper and traced out a heart, fill it in, stitched it together then added the acrylic heart overtop!

Great news here! I got a fantastic phone call from my dear friend, about two awesome scrap related stuff! More details to follow!!! Can't wait to share the news with you all....I'd love to talk to my sister, but she left for Texas this afternoon....

My Dear Friend Mary!!

It's my very good friend Mary's Birthday today, I was up at 5:00 a.m. couldn't sleep I made her a card last night, but wasn't happy with it, so I made another this morning! Here it is!

New Scrap Supplies coming soon!

I've been working with a local Craft store to start carring Scrap supplies, as our LSS closed a few years ago, well this store has received a good shipment of Upsy Daisy paper lines and we are just working on our Scenic Route order, we are planning on having some classes in the spring/summer. Along with my good friend Tara and my sister we are hoping to bring a big selection of scrap supplies back to our little town! We are going to be making up kits and take home projects.... we are starting out small, little bits here and there, as we all know the economy is not the greatest, but we will keep our fingers crossed! It's a good challenge, when you don't have a lot to work with you have to come up with fresh idea's. I'll keep you updated.
