HELP!!!!

I need help with my blog! MAn oh man, it's screwed up....sorry I'm gonna hunt down someone to fix it up right...then I will be making regular updates! I promise!

Got some scrappin done!

So last weekend, I spend a great few days away with some amazing friends we stayed at Younique Country Retreat BLOG....check out there blog I'm on there with my newest purchse.....
While I was there, of course I got some scrapping done, but really enjoyed time with friends, laughing drinking, and oh yeah, eating, the food was so good! You really should check this place out, I know they are really booked up, but you may just find a spot here or there!

Ive been working on my Christmas Cards! It's just a few days after Halloween, and If I don't get started I'll be short changing some of my friends.....

Halloween 2011

This Year for Halloween, I really wanted to stress to the kids that you dont have to go to the store and buy a costume, you can make one from stuff at home, and if needed buy a few items to help make the costume perfect, so Cameron was a rapper, Liv was a Burst or Explosion of NEon, and WIll was a guy from the war! I think They looked awesome, they had a such a great night!

It's Hot and Sunny

Today, it's a beautiful Sunny 25 deg day....sounds perfect for a swimming day. Derek is golfing this morning...hopefully enjoying that, Liv and I are heading for a bike ride after I'm done my morning coffee, and hopefully I can convience the boys to come along for the ride, then When Dee get's home were off to Walmart to pick up a few things then off to my sister In Law for a swim and bbq. So looking forward to it, we don't get to see them as often as I'd like but when we do visit it's great. Be sure to check back I'll be adding some photo's of the beach party tomorrow. Another Sketch....Another Layout!

Well I'm back in my scraproom doing a few layouts from this weekends festivities....my dd who turned 9 back in March, finally had her B.D. Party, we were a little early for glo in the dark bowling, so we went to this neat little spot and took a few photo's with her friends....For the two page layout I used a sketch from a book I bought this weekend called "sketches for scrapbooking" Volume #1, it's by debbie sanders and allison davis they have like 9 books out....

So without further ADO!

I LOVE SKETCHES

Another inspiration from a sketch... I actually did two layouts, both started from sketch, but the "loyal" one I did of my dog, took a turn from starting with a sketch, and then I don't know where I ended, but at least I got a layout done, which is the most important! So thanks now for looking!

More Fun in My Scraproom

The Last Saturday in April, was one of those days, that Liv and I just

thought it would be fun to bring a few fun hats, some shades and go

for a drive for a photoshoot! And did we luck out.... we found this old

truck parked in from of an old building, so we jumped out of the car and

got some great shots, I could not wait to get home and scrap them....

Newest Layout with my Scraphotz Kit

Finally I got into my scrap room....it's been a REALLY, REALLY Long time, unless of course you count Easter Monday when I had 8 kids doing a mixed media canvas craft.....I'll post pictures of that later....OMG! it was kinda nuts but the kids had so much fun....

What a weekend I had

O.k. who has ever been to a scrap booking retreat? I've been and I can't wait to go again! I had such a great weekend at Younique Country Retreat, and it was just that a Country Retreat! I got some scrapping done, had some amazing meals and huge out with some great people!
I did these layouts, a nice double pager from a Basic Grey kit and a few cards! I probably should have got more done....considering we stayed up till 2:00 a.m. but sometimes the socializing got in the way! lol:)

Kraftin Kimmie Challenge #2

Here is my take on the receipe Challenge that Kraftin Kimmie is doing over on her blog!

My three main colours were the lovey RV pinks and YG greens, and the Browns! All copic colour with a little bit of prima pencil crayons....I used pp from October Afternoon Thift shop line, love it! and a big big pink button and some beautiful pink ribbon! TFL!

This Cake was picked out by my 6 year old, who's calls his Build a Bear Beaver, Justin "Justin Beaver"

Will told me today it's Beaver's Birthday, and I guess we forgot Owl's Birthday last week, so we included him in today's celebration!

So Many Challenges, So Little time!

Today's Images were coloured for many reasons!
1) I'm home sick!
2) I'm bored
3) I love to colour!
So I coloured this image for a kraftin kimmie challenge, for the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle...the item I used was the cream coloured cardstock to the left hand side of the card, this was some packaging on a stamp set I bought, It works perfectly! don't ya think! The first image is SnowWhite, What do you think of her dress? I kinda did my own thing, I gave her a sexy back look....if you look at the orginal image, the dress is colouring up the back! I kinda like this look!

This is can you guess? o.k. It's little Red Riding Hood! Again another fun Kraftin Kimmie Stamp!

A fun Challenge

Colouring Day

Here is a card I made that I'm planning on giving my Pilates Girl, I have that is great girl named Julie Froud, who has been my trainer for the past 6 months, and she's moving to the USA so I made her this card.

We have snow!

We have snow here in Southwestern Ontario great packing snow, Will is showing the neighbour boy how to build the perfect fort! He had so much fun that when the kids brought him home, he cried and cried, he didn't want to go in the house! Can you blame him! Liv and Will made couches to sit on, they wanted to have dinner out there! Can you imagine.
